Whether you enjoy these Almond & Honey Pancakes for breakfast, they are guaranteed to delight the senses at any time of the day. This is one of those recipes you'll come back to time and time again.
This is a brilliant source of protein!
Ingredients:
🌿 1 serving Formula 1 Vanilla Cream Flavoured Shake Mix
🌿 ½ serving Protein Drink Mix
🌿 25 g oats
🌿 25 g whole almonds
🌿 ⅓ tsp baking powder
🌿 Pinch of salt
🌿 2 eggs
🌿 100 ml semi-skimmed milk( 1,5% fat)
🌿 2 tsp honey
Method:
Place the oats and the almonds in a blender and blend until fine. Tip it into a bowl and add in the F1 Vanilla Cream, the PDM, the baking powder and the salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add in the milk and the honey. Now make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the egg mixture, whisking to remove all the lumps to give you a smooth batter. Place a frying pan on medium heat and rub (using a folded-up piece of kitchen paper) a little butter or coconut oil over the base of the pan.
Once the pan is almost hot, drop in generous tablespoonfuls of the mixture, spaced apart from each other and allow to cook for a couple of minutes until golden underneath. Then turn over and cook on the other side. To prevent the pancakes from burning turn regularly until cooked throughout. Serve straight from the pan, with a drizzle of honey or a little piece of butter on top.

Its probably been about 6 weeks since I've done a PROPER workout, besides taking a quick walk. After my covid vaccine where I felt incredibly ill, I've been working overtime in the hospital🏥, attending weddings👰, birthdays🎂 and funerals⛪.. Not a great recipe for new results, but its called life.
Nevertheless, I have been using my products like crazy, because I LOVE them, L😍VE the lifestyle like crazy!
Its tasty, healthy, CONVENIENT!
No convincing needed...
So, hubby and I decided TO:
take a walk EVERY day for the next 21 days, not just anywhere, but up and down a very VERY steep hill that Hubby has been avoiding for the last... well forever 🤣. So week 1, we go up and down 2x per day 😩 ... we're going to get 🦵🦵🦵 like crazy 😅
What we'll AVOID:
Snacking after dinner time.🤐
