I know itās the holidaysā¦
but somehow we still find ourselves running on coffee and holding everything together š¤

Taking a moment in the car⦠waiting for the kids⦠just breathing.
This is something Iām learning to do more of š®āšØ
Not push through. Not rush to the next thing. Just⦠pause.
For a long time, I didnāt allow myself to do this.
I thought I just needed to keep going, keep coping, keep everything together.
But thatās how we end up completely depleted.
And itās something Iām seeing more and more with women at the moment š¤ feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, and constantly running on empty.
So instead of trying to āfix everythingā⦠start smaller.
Start with moments like this.
A breath. A pause. A reset.
Because small, consistent support for your body is where real change starts š¤

Someone recently shared something really honest with me š¤
She said she often worries so much about how everyone else is feeling that she will even choose to be unhappy just to keep someone else happy.
And I think so many of us do this without even realising it. Itās something I related to because I do it too. Im still leaning how not to.
Caring about others is a beautiful quality. But when we constantly put ourselves last, we slowly disappear from our own lives.
You are allowed to matter too.
You are allowed to take up space.
And you are allowed to put yourself on your own priority list š

This week we are talking about pelvic floor and kegels. So here I am sharing something I can deeply relate to!
After having kids, my body changed in ways no one really prepared me for. One of those things was my pelvic floor.
Leaking when sneezing, less sensitivity, pelvic pressure⦠all things many quietly deal with but hardly talk about.
This is something Iāve personally struggled with, and for a long time I thought it was just something women had to accept after having babies.

As adults, many of us (not always, but often) can explain when something doesnāt feel right in our bodies. We can describe pain, fatigue, stress or discomfort.
Our children often canāt.
They feel things in their bodies, but they donāt always have the words to explain whatās happening. As parents we do our best to interpret their feelings, their behaviour, their tears, their tiredness.
One of the things I feel incredibly grateful for is having a tool that allows me to support my children on a deeper level when their bodies are trying to communicate something they canāt yet fully explain.
Sometimes the body sends messages long before we understand them with words.
And as a , being able to listen to those signals and support their little systems is something I donāt take for granted š¤
