MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY
I my name is Shivani and I am 26 years old, I started this programme due my never ending struggle with weight loss. I have tried numerous weight loss programmes but have had no success. I was diagnosed with insulin resistance and Pcos, consequently the the rapid weight gain. Over the past month, I have struggled keeping up with portion sizes and the number of eating times. However, I pushed forward. I have lost 4.2kg and 59 cm, not as much as others, but a personal gain never the less. JENNY. 3.4kg an 69cm.
In the one month that I have been on the programe I have learned to eat in moderation but more often than I am used to. I have become diciplined in my eating habits, on the thing that I enjoyed the most ie. Rice. I have also started drinking a lot more water than I used to from 2glasses to 2liters per day. My only problem is finding the time to Eat since working hours and travelling does not allow it always. I am happy with my weight and cm loss in the first month. I am going to try to do my best to keep to this programe.

Dear Aunty Nalini thank you for always being my motivator I may have not been at gym this week but I am 4.8 kg down in 2 weeks. Just by following the diet 200 percent.

BANU - 7.6kg and 100cm. I am a 34 year old working mother of twins. In the last 6 - 7 years I have put on at least 10kg. This year I decided to loose the weight so I joined the clinic. It has changed my life. I have learnt how to eat properly. Due to my occupation being a nurse I am running against time and unfortunately didn't have time to eat properly. I used to drink 10 cups of tea with sugar and snack on a biscuit or a muffin everyday. The flour and sugar caused my weight to gain. I was surprised at the weight gain because I was not eating a lot of food. Now I eat small meals all the time , I am feeling better and getting compliments on how good I look. I have become very concious of what I eat and I am always checking for nutritional information. Thank you nalini I appreciate what you have done for me.

I have seen much improvement in myself since I started the clinic. I never worried about what I ate and when I went shopping I bought anything and everything. Never thought about checking nutritional information.

NOW.
I have learnt to cook healthy and also eat healthy and correctly and even though I am a nurse, I have now learnt more about how to increase my metabolism to loose weight and centimeters

Before joining the clinic, I was always struggling with my fluctuating weight. My hands and legs would often swell up. I had sore knees and a bloated stomach. My diet consisted of bread, cereal, yoghurt, fruit,cheese, tea and coffee but I did not know the right amounts to eat.

After joining PERFECT NEW YOU , I was guided with the diet and monitered with everything. Nalini made it so easy in her lectures. I was eating everything but in the amounts. I started loosing kgs an cm. My hands and feet no longer swell up. My body feels lighter. I would like to continue with this programme and reach my goal of having the perfect shape. I loved sweet and fast foods. Enjoyed eating curry and rice daily.
Must have a cup of coffee with 3 tsp hot chocolate + 2 tsp of suger 4x a day.
Disliked brown bread.
As a result my weight gain was noticed by everone around me. My tummy was bloated and people assumed that I was pregnant.
