17.9kg and 168cm. Hi I am Colleen I cam to "PERFECT NEW YOU " through a friend who was very concerned about my diabetes. When I started my sugar level was 14.3. I have to admit I was sceptical( after all I have been a "big" girl my whole life and have been on every diet in the book). How did I feel after a month??? (FANTASTISC ). The first month 5kg down.
