Here’s the latest Lass Skincare Compensation Plan for South Africa, 2026 👇

It’s based on personal sales + team sales. You earn from products you sell, your team’s purchases, rank bonuses, and commissions from up to 3 levels down.

The 6 Levels

Level 0: Member
- To join: Buy a starter kit R610, R630, or R640
- Earn: 10% commission from direct team purchases
- No monthly target to stay a Member.

Level 1: Team Player

- Monthly target: R1000 personal sales + R12,000 team sales
- Earn: 30% commission from team purchases + R2,000 rank bonus
- Downline: 10% from Level 1, 10% from Level 2, 10% from Level 3 b89c

Level 2: Team Leader
- Monthly target: R1200 personal sales + R35,000 team sales
- Earn: 36% commission + R5,000 rank bonus
- Downline: 12% from Level 1, 2, 3.

Level 3: Manager

- Monthly target: R1500 personal sales + R60,000 team sales
- Earn: 42% commission + R10,000 rank bonus
-Downline: 14% from Level 1,2,3.

Level 4: Director
- Monthly target: R1800 personal sales + R110,000 team sales
- Earn: 48% commission + R15,000 rank bonus
- *Downline*: 16% from Level 1, 2, 3.

Level 5: Chairperson

- Monthly target: R2000 personal sales + R150,000 team sales
- Earn: 55% commission + R20,000 rank bonus
- Downline: 20% Level 1, 20% Level 2, 10% Level 3.

Other ways you earn

1. Retail Commission: Profit from selling products to customers at retail price
2. Team Commission: Earn from your recruited team’s sales
3. Bonuses & Incentives: Cash bonuses, product giveaways, leadership bonuses
4. Monthly salary incentives -at higher targets.

Important note: Income depends on activity. No activity = no commission. Most revenue for the company comes when distributors buy stock packages ~R600, so the focus is on recruiting + retailing
