This day commemorates the Baptism of Jesus in the Jordan River by St. John the Baptist. On this occasion, Jesus entered into His ministry and acquired His first disciples, St. John proclaimed Christ the Lamb of God, whose way he had prepared, and the Triune nature of the Godhead was manifested.

Ending the year 2023 in style on Christmas Day 🎄

Christmas is always about the love that God has for the world. He sent his only begotten son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Why will you go to church tonight and for the second Mass this Sunday? Whatever reasons you have, if they put Jesus Christ out of the picture, then we have a lot of work to do for us to respond to God's love for the world. The love he expressed by sending Jesus Christ to come and dine with us.
Jesus Christ brought heaven down to our level so that we can take our humanity to his level, we become holy and perfect as he is.

Ah LORD God! behold, You has made the heaven and the earth by Your great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for You to do. With all our hearts, minds, and strengths, will worship, praise and thank You.
LORD, You make a way where there is no way, You wipe away all tears from our eyes. Thank You Abba Father.
From nothing You make us to be something, from zeros to heros, from nowhere to somewhere, great is Your Faithfulness, O LORD, our God.
Father Jehovah God, by Your love, we have woken up, and by Your mercy, our nights were with the peace of Christ.
LORD, fill this day that You have made for us with Your grace, love and peace of Christ and the communion of the Holy Spirit. May we walk with You through this day. May we abide in Your love and mercy. And when we hear Your word today, may we not harden our hearts for anything. With broadness, may we preach the Good news of our Lord Jesus Christ for the salvation of Your people.
Father, we make this prayer through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, but let Your will be done upon us and not our will because we may have good plans for today, but Your plans are more good upon us, they are always plans to make us succeed and prosper, Amen

Daughter and handmaid of the heavenly Father, the almighty King, Mother of our most high Lord Jesus Christ, and Spouse of the Holy Spirit, pray for us to your most holy Son, our Lord and Master. Hail holy Lady, most noble Queen, Mother of God, and Mary ever Virgin. You were chosen by the heavenly Father, who has been pleased to honour you with the presence of his most holy Son and the Divine Paraclete. You were blessed with the fulness of grace and goodness. Hail, Temple of God, His dwelling place, His masterpiece, His handmaid. Hail, Mother of God, I venerate you for the holy virtues that, through the grace and light of the Holy Spirit, you bring into the hearts of your devoted ones to change them from unfaithful Christians to faithful children of God.

Let us all rejoice in the Lord, as we celebrate the feast day in honour of all the Saints, at whose festival the Angels rejoice and praise the Son of God.
