KiloFriday has helped us build and am very sure you too can do it,
KiloFriday is a challenge for those that know their numbers.

In this challenge you save in Kilos that is multiples of 1,000. eg k1,000 k3,000 & so on every Friday⚠️ this number has to be a calculated value that does not kill your business down the road.

For example,
If your were to save K2,000 every Friday you would have K8,000 every month to dedicate towards your building,
After 2 months you would have k16,000 and guess what? you can buy traditional land worth K25,000 by paying 50% (K12,500) and finishing the balance in 4 or 5 months😃

You then dedicate half of the k8000 monthly savings towards paying the balance! you would be done paying in 4 months and still have about k23,000 in savings 😃

Find a qualified architect to do your house plan, Bill of Quality and council work.
For a simple 2 bedroomed house, find a builder (bricklayer) not a contractor (you will thank me for this) unless you are not in the country.

Labour for a simple 2 bedroomed house upto lintel level give or take will be k15,000😅(with a builder not a contractor)

Remember, building a house is done in stages
One block at a time.
