I am living with HIV and I am undetectable. My boyfriend and I usually don't use condoms during s*x. However, yesterday I forgot to take my ARVs, and this morning I asked him to put on a condom, but he refused, saying nothing would happen. Is he right? Do I believe him?

Today marks the beginning of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, a global campaign to end violence against women and girls. This year's theme is "UNITE to End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls".

Let's unite to:

- Raise awareness about gender-based violence

- Support survivors and advocate for change

- Challenge harmful social norms and behaviors

Join the conversation and let's work together to create a safer, more equitable world for all.

We had an insightful meeting with Plan International, discussing critical issues around Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and child marriage as we head into the 16 Days of Activism Against GBV!

Adolescents and young people gained valuable knowledge on:

- Understanding GBV and its impact on communities

- The importance of reporting GBV cases and seeking help

- Ways to prevent child marriage and support affected girls

- Empowering girls and women to speak out against GBV

A big thank you to Plan International for organizing this impactful meeting and for their continued efforts to address GBV and child marriage in our communities! Together, we can create a safer and more equitable society for all!

What would you do if you saw a bottle of ARVs in your girlfriend's bag on the first night you stayed over at her place and she hasn't told you yet?
