Today's topic was about Menstruation
=Menstruation usually begins at pubert between the ages of 9-16years and may end at the age of 50years
*Menstrual Blood is a wall that has been built in the uterus to form a sac to protect a baby
*The Menstrual cycle is about 21-35 days but for younger girls the cycle may be regular
This may take 2-3 years to establish
=DISCONFO AND PAINS DURING MENSTRUATION
During Menstruation period you may have discomfort and pains but these are regular
May have pains in the lower abdomen called Menstrual cramps,these are cause by the contraction of the uterus
HYGIENE AND NUTRITION DURING MENSTRUATION
*Use sanitary pads,cotton wool wrapped in gauze or piece of clean cloth
*Don't use toilet it can cause irritating and at times infection
*Change whenever you feel it's full but 2-4 time is acceptable
*Dispose used material in pit latrine and have a bath at least 2 times a day

We also look at the advantages which arestaying connected with family and friends worldwide via email, text, face time
We also look at the disadvantage of the social media which are:Cyberbullying.
Reduces face-to-face Communication.
Fake News.
Too much time on Social Media causes Health Issues.
Risk of Hacking.
People get Addicted.
Causes Distraction in Daily Routines.
Lack of Sleep.

●Psychosocial Counselling
●Consatrive
●Health Education
●Hiv Prevention
●TB screen, diagnosis, treatment and prevention, but us Adolescent and Youth we failing to exercise our rights what be the reason?
