A tip to retain your favourite body scent all day;

have the desired scent in bath soap/shower gel, body lotion/cream, roll on, deodorant spray, body mist and perfume/cologne.

If you can't afford all, no worries, a combination of the desired scent in bath soap/shower gel and roll on or combination of body lotion/cream and roll on can do wonders too. Shield, nivea, and shower to shower are examples of roll on brands that last long and are affordable, p.s. this is my opinion and it is not sponsored in any way.

For those who can afford to purchase all, layer the products by using the scented body lotion/cream, roll on, spraying the deodorant and the body mist on your body after taking a bath with the scented bath soap/shower gel.

* Note* : When applying the body mist or perfume/cologne, aim at the strong pulse points in your neck, front of elbows, wrist and back of knees. Also aim for warm areas such as your back, chest and belly area.

To reinforce the length of scent retainment, apply the body mist to your clothes before you wear them (at a distance of at least 15cm).

When you're dressed up and ready to go, add a final application of your body mist and perfume/cologne to your clothes.

Caution:
*this is ideal if you're not breastfeeding/nursing, caring for babies or working in a healthcare setting.
*only follow this when you are in a optimal respiratory state e.g not prone to respiratory allergic reactions or having a cold,flu or cough.
*do this away from environments with/for babies/children.
*carry out this process in a ventilated space.
