We got in contact with the mother of the child who is in Mapanza and she told us that the husband asked her to stay home because she is illiterate and at UTH they speak English.From the conversation It seems the sexual abuse started from home and continued at UTH it seems the victim of sexual abuse from the father is not only on the 7 year old little girl but also her sisters could also be victims with one child being pregnant suspected to be the fathers.We demand a full investigation from the police over this matter so that social welfare can go and Intervene on the other children remaining in Mapanza.They too may need to be retrieved and taken into safe homes.
