Pinworms in kids
Pinworms are super common in children, but many parents panic when they see one.

3 facts every parent should know:

1. They live in the intestines and only crawl out of the a**s at night to lay eggs. That’s why itching is worse at night.
2. In little girls, the worm can sometimes crawl forward to the vagina/vulva because it’s close to the a**s. That can cause itching, restlessness, and sometimes light spotting.
3. They do NOT come out of nose, ears, or mouth. That’s a myth. If your child has issues there, it’s something else.

What to do: If you see a worm, or your child has anal/vaginal itching + restlessness at night, go to the hospital. Pinworm is treatable with medicine and good hygiene. Trim nails, wash hands, change bedding/underwear daily.

You’re not a bad parent if this happens. It happens in clean homes too. Early care helps ❤️

Cure Anxiety disorder completely...
Lifestyle Modification:
1. Whenever you wake up before you start your day, begin meditation sit quietly alone, close your eyes and start picturing yourself in that state of anxiety attack wherever it happens from, is it a classroom, meeting etc

Picture that in your head have those images and imagine how it would be like if you don't care about what people say or think about you,,,how would you be like when you begin to believe again that you are like any other person...

Most importantly always know the trigger !

Signs and symptoms of anxiety disorder
-Excessive worry
-restlessness
-insomnia
-persistent fear without real danger
-palpitations
-chest tightness
-shortness of breathe
Etc...

If you have been having this for at least 2 weeks and beyond. This points to Anxiety disorder and know that it's no longer normal and it's time to take it serious

Always identify the trigger. Imagine standing in front of people then boom the attack comes and only way you feel is the solution is to escape the place then relief comes..
