Good numbers of people farming in Africa have never been to schools of agriculture. Few entered farming because of passion, some entered it as a saving grace, while others joined because of the noise and opportunities around agriculture lately.

Farming is more practical than theoretical. A farmer who has spent years learning through trial and error, facing losses, making corrections, and still achieving results deserves respect. Experience in the field teaches lessons no classroom can fully explain.

Sometimes, people are too quick to argue with “agronomic grammar” without understanding the realities on the farm. Knowledge is important, but results matter more. Healthy crops, good yields, and successful harvests will always speak louder.

This doesn’t mean education is bad — education is valuable — but practical experience is equally powerful. The best farmers combine both knowledge and experience.

Don’t allow anybody to convince you that something is impossible simply because they have never done it before. Many breakthroughs in farming came from people who refused to accept limitations.

The biggest limitation any farmer can have is the limitation in the mind. Stay open to learning, keep improving, and let your results do the talking.

If success was as easy as Pastors and politicians portray then definitely politicians were not going to be after your taxes and Pastors after your tithes. Your have to bleed your feet walking towards your goals, your shoulders must be bruised and your hands must be rugged. Hardship is not a curse or a sign of chronic misfortune. Hardship is beneficial and rewarding in the hands of men, consider it a gift. A gift that turns boys into men and men into more competent leaders. Without it there would be no growth. Ignore politicians and other crooks who hides behind God's name. There is no miracle money.

If you go to a football game, the players don't make noise. They dribble, squabble and score goals. The only people who make noise are the audience. Learn from that. You are the player of your own life. Your focus is to succeed and score your goals. Your critics don't have a life of their own. That is why they have decided to make noise by criticising you. Your job is to continue to entertain them with your success. Their job is to waste their lives watching you succeed and criticising your various accomplishments. It is division of labour. Please do your part and leave your haters to do theirs.Happy farming
