The human eye, a remarkable organ of intricate design and delicate balance, serves as our primary window to the world. Its complexity extends beyond its role as a visual receptor; it captures light, transforms it into electrical signals, and transmits these signals to the brain for interpretation.
Taking care of your body in a natural way can have positive impacts on your general health, including the health of your eyes. Here is a brief guide on how to help your bodyโs detoxification process for ongoing improvement in eyesight:
1.Stay Hydrated: Drinking ample water during the day aids in removing toxins from your system, ensuring your eyes and body remain properly hydrated.
2. Maintain a Balanced Diet: Opt for whole, nutrient-packed foods such as fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. These provide crucial vitamins and antioxidants that promote eye health.
3. Foods Rich in Antioxidants: Consume foods high in antioxidants, like dark leafy greens, colorful veggies, berries, and nuts. Antioxidants shield your eyes from oxidative stress.

*How BP affects your eyes*
- A healthy eye has an optic nerve that is pink in colour which shows that there is good blood circulation.
- The centre of the macula has a typical reflex and blood vessels all around.
However,if you have BP:
- your optic nerve will swell and become pale (lose colour). It will become yellowish or whitish instead of pink meaning that there won't be enough blood flow in the optic nerve. The blood will be now flowing down the retina instead of the optic nerve because of too much blood pressure.
- if you have BP the center of the macula called the retina will swell instead of having a reflex. You will also have bleeding spots in that area.
- BP also causes blood vessels to become narrow. This means that your eye will not be getting enough blood and the nutrients that it requires from that blood.
- high BP can also cause vein occlusion in the retina. There will be a lot of bleeding in your eyes because the blood vessels have been blocked. That is why other people always have red eyes

*IS SCANNING EVEN IMPORTANT??*
*You may have the same condition as the next person, but is the root cause the same?*
What works for individual A may not work for individual B, this is all based on what is the cause of the challenge. We scan you to determine the cause of your challenge, thereby we can reccomend you products rightly, and specifically for you, according to your scan results.
Eye challenges emanate from different challenges, you ought to know.
1. Liver condition
Problems like yellowish eyes, itchiness and dryness can be mainly as a result of the liver condition. It may seem as a surprise to some but the liver and eye are closely linked.
2. Blood circulation
Red eye, bloodshot and irritations even blurry vision can be attributed to poor blood circulation and flow.
3. Eye ducts
Having blocked eye ducts can be a challenge, the tear ducts can cause one to have dry eyes or even watery eyes, giving problems to vision
4. Diabetes
There is such a condition as diabetic retinopathy in which diabetes damages one's vision often leads to blindness.
5. Lack of nutrients
Vitamins especially such as vitamin A are so much crucial to your clarity in vision, lack of such may cause night blindness
These are just some of them, there are more, my point being, you need to get scanned so as to identify the root cause of your challenges, when that has been identified, you are prescribed products rightly according to your scan results.
*If you get scanned you are minimising the possibility of various challenges and dealing with the actual issue.*
*I recommend anyone in this group, before you get any medication, get scanned.*
What worked for someone, may not work for you if you dont know the causes.

โขExercise regularly.
โขUse protective eyewear during activities that may be dangerous to your eyes, such as yard work, sports or home repairs.
โขWash your hands before handling contact lenses.
โขWear sunglasses with 99% or 100% UVA and UVB protection.
