KEEPING YOUR HAIR MOISTURIZED IS THE FOUNDATION FOR GROWING LONG HAIR

Here is how you keep your hair very moisturized for a week and your scalp clean

1)Start by Spraying your hair with glycerin water (dilute a tablespoon of glycerin to a cup of distilled water (chero any water) heat for minute put in a spray bottle)
2)Follow up with a leave in conditioner ensure your strands are moisturized
3)Wear a shower cap or plastic bag wear a heat cap if you have or sit under hooded drier for 20-30min or just wear cover the shower cap with a doek or bonnet for 30min . This process ensures that moisture penetrates deep within the strand cortex and is absorbed
3)After the process apply a sealant it can be a butter like the innate one and or an oil this ensures the moisture is locked into the hair
4)If you are extra like if your hair is high porosity (if it loses moisture fast)😅 close the cuticles with either apple cider vinegar spray or aloe vera juice (diluted 1 :4 with water.
