What’s one thing you manifested during the last Lions Gate Portal that came true? I’ll go first 🪐✨🦁

Last August 8th, I wrote a diary entry dated one year in the future. In it, I wrote that I’d just come home from a solo yoga retreat.

It’s something I’ve wanted to do for years- time away from the relentless adulting to slow down, reset and do something purely for myself. But, like so many things we tell ourselves we’ll do ‘one day’, I’d never actually made it happen.

A year later, flights are booked ✈️✨This September, I’m finally going on that solo retreat, as Silk Works will be joining the wonderful Sasha Alex Morgan and a group of girls I’m yet to meet for the experience. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨ We’ve put together a little gift for everyone attending, and I honestly can’t wait to share them with you all! 🤍

The older I get, the more I think manifestation is less about wishing for something and more about getting really clear on what you want. It starts with a thought. Then you write it down. You make it a priority. You start making choices that move you a little closer towards it. And slowly, the things that once lived in the ‘one day’ part of your mind start finding their way into your life.

Maybe manifestation is really just intention- getting laser-focused on what matters to you and giving yourself permission to pursue it.
