Check your portion sizes and choose whole foods!

Who should eat protein?

You, the answer is you… in shaa Allah if you want to get in shape, achieve and maintain a healthy weight, adopt a healthy lifestyle, take care of yourself, feel better, have more energy, the list continues, eat protein 🐓🍳🥜🐟🥣

DO’S:
- try to eat protein with every meal 20-30 grams would be great
- try to eat protein with your snacks to balance your bloodsugar
- eat proteins you enjoy and don’t force yourself because ‘you have to’, you don’t!

DONT’S:
- focus on protein only and eliminate other food groups (no carbs or no fat)
- stress about it, if you follow 80/20 and you eat 80% whole, nutritious, fresh variety of food it is very difficult not to eat enough protein
- rely on ‘high protein’ foods or shakes or beverages that are not whole foods, often the protein amount is actually not very high, or sugar has been added, or it’s a high processed food. There are great protein powders out there but are you having a lack of protein or can’f you consume enough protein from food?

The 80/20 method can help massively to lose weight ánd fat, and adopt healthy habits!

Eat and drink fresh, whole, nutritious foods 80% of the time and limit the ‘fun’ foods to 20% of your diet.

This will help with:
✨ weight & fat loss
✨ adopt healthy habits
✨ learn to trust your body
✨ less hunger & cravings
✨ more energy
✨ no forbidden foods or restrictions, it is not a diet!
✨ feel much better
