Second time on the Pilates Cadillac, and honestly… I didn’t expect to like it this much. I used to think it would be easy…especially coming from lifting weights. Turns out, it’s one of the most humbling things I’ve tried. Every controlled movement reminds me how much strength lives in the quiet, intentional work. Still shaking, still learning, still coming back.
