Inner thighs are one of the most hardest part of the body to get toned for me.
To be able to get the best result i'm mostly using flex bands during my leg and inner thigh workouts and definitely feel the burn ๐Ÿ”ฅ
You can also give a try to this set !

Weight training is a must for my weekly workout programme since last year.
As women especially 40+ we need to build muscles for our body strengthening, bone health and longevity.
Here's a small part of my this week's upper body strengthening weight training.
My weights are 2kg each, you can lower or increase the weights according to your level.

As you may know, unfortunatelly the Middle East has been very unsettled since last Saturday.
UAE has had its share of this unrest, and itโ€™s been a tense week for us.
Nothing on the civil side and we are all ok, trying our best to live our normal lives and routines as much as we can๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

It was a long time i was not on my fitball. Today i'm using it to add my workout a bit challenge in terms of balance and stability.

This serie is one my favorite layering serie on the reformer during my classes ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป
Layering makes the exercise much more comprehensible, better performed and much more fun !
In last week's poll this exercise serie received the most votes for 'core'.
Actually it is mainly focusing on glutes&legs however also core is on fire to keep you stable in the right position ๐Ÿ”ฅ
