To be able to get the best result i'm mostly using flex bands during my leg and inner thigh workouts and definitely feel the burn ๐ฅ

Layering makes the exercise much more comprehensible, better performed and much more fun !

Actually it is mainly focusing on glutes&legs however also core is on fire to keep you stable in the right position ๐ฅ
