I’m not going to lie, my body did not appreciate me dragging it away from the aircon and into the Abu Dhabi heat this morning. 🥵🔥
This run wasn't easy. 10km in and the legs felt like lead, but sometimes you just need a change of scenery. 15km done and dusted! 🏁 Pool recovery never felt so good.
Now, it’s back to reality: meal prepping, grading papers, and other Sunday shenanigans before the school week starts. 🍎✍️

My legs strictly voted to quit at 3km today, but I overrode the system and pushed to 5km. Gym + run checked off. 🫡

If I’m being honest, a full-unassisted pull-up still feels far out of reach. But instead of letting that stop me, I’m showing up for the mini-sets and the reverse pull-ups anyway.😅
It might not look pretty yet, but it’s a start. One rep closer than I was yesterday.💪

Some mornings, the legs feel like springs, and some mornings, they feel like lead. But if there’s one thing Day 5 of this 75 Medium challenge is teaching me, it’s that the "slow" days count just as much as the "fast" ones.
The real growth happens on the days you just decide to keep moving, no matter the pace.
