Food Allergy, Food Sensitivity, Food Intolerance
Sheryl Jumaquio yang mga ganyang pangangati, it is an immune system response ng katawan mo dahil sa isa sa mga ito sa baba o kombinasyon ng mga yan:
🔹Food allergy
🔹Food sensitivity
🔹Food intolerance
🔹Chronic stress
🔹Environmental toxins
🔹Severe emotional trauma
🔹Some chronic diseases like Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD induced uremia)
I examine mo ang diet at lifestyle mo. At baguhin mo.
Hindi na ako magtatanong pa ng specifics since this is just for educational purposes only. Gamitin na lang natin ang Pareto's Law. Sinasabi nyan na 20-30% of the cause is 70-80% of the effects.
Yung sinusubo o kinakain natin, that has a HUGE impact sa ating immune system. Dahil sa pinapapasok mismo natin sa loob ng ating katawan, kung saan very vulnerable agad ang health natin. That's why 70% of our immune system is in the gut (which also obeys Pareto's Law!)
Kumbaga sa bahay, dapat nakakandado palagi ang pintuan at mga bintana. Dyan madalas unang pinapasok ng mga magnanakaw. Ganyan din sa katawan natin.
🔹FOOD ALLERGY
Common ang allergies sa seafood lalo na ang shrimp, peanuts, soy. This is fatal to some. Difficulty in breathing ang common symptom. May anaphylaxis. Nag release ng antibodies ang immune system (IgE)
🔹FOOD SENSITIVITY
Usually hindi ito life threatening. May certain toxins o compounds ang kinakain na ayaw ng katawan. Kaya nagkaka immune response: pangangati, rashes, bloating, stomach pain, etc.
🔹FOOD INTOLERANCE
Ito naman, may kulang na enzyme sa katawan. Kaya bawal lang kumain ng food na yan. For example, kung lactose intolerant, bawal ang lahat ng dairy products. Kung may Celiac, bawal ang lahat ng wheat. Kung may ALDH2 deficiency, bawal ang alcohol. Ang common symptoms nito ay gaya ng food sensitivity: pangangati, rashes, bloating, stomach pain, LBM, etc.
Kailangang maging observant sa mga kinakain at reaksyon ng katawan. There are certain tests for these, like IgG and IgE,but not commonly available in most labs.
One of the most effective is to just go on an ELIMINATION DIET.
LOW FODMAP is one elimination diet. Medyo complicated lang ito.
CARNIVORE DIET is also an elimination diet. There are thousands of toxins in plants!
Simple lang itong Carnivore Diet. Just eat meat. Avoid all plants. Add salt to food. In addition, avoid dairy for the meantime. Eat mostly ruminants, if possible (beef, goat). In a few weeks, usually nag resolve na ang symptoms. In that time, pwede na ulit na i reintroduce ang ibang pagkain, while being very observant kung anong pagkain ang nag trigger ng pangangati.
This should also resolve even the hair fall.
