Green Tea smoothie for lose weight healthy. You got an amazing results using drink detox tea🥤

My detox plan isn’t just to help me lose weight fast (typically 10lbs or 5kg per week) but it is also amazing for keeping my mental health in check, refocusing me on my goals and gets my body feeling insanely healthy and cleansed 🌻

I usually repeat it for 3 weeks and by the end of it I am feeling brand new 🌟with no bloating and always get compliments on glowing my skin looks ✨💚

3 Fat Burner - Natural drinks 🍹
Easy 3 fat burning drink | fat burning tea | homemade drinks to lose belly fat

for lemon ginger fat-burning drink:
▢1 litre water
▢2 lemon / lime
▢1 inch ginger (grated)
▢½ tsp pepper
▢1 tsp honey
▢1 tsp lemon

for cumin cinnamon fat-burning drink:
▢1 litre water
▢3 tsp cumin
▢3 inch cinnamon
▢1 tsp honey
▢1 tsp lemon

for chia lemon fat-burning drink:
▢2 tsp chia seeds
▢2 cup water
▢1 tsp honey
▢1 tsp lemon

🌱 Flat Stomach smoothie

1 large frozen banana
1/4 - 1/2 medium ripe avocado
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup kale
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds
1/2 cup sliced frozen cucumber

Only have 5 minutes for breakfast in the morning?⏰ Instead of skipping out on breakfast or grabbing something to go, throw together these quick ideas for a refreshing and filling way to start your day☀️Meal prep ideas for the week ahead as well🤩


1️⃣ 🍍PROTEIN TROPICAL YOGURT
1 cup frozen tropical fruit
3/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice


2️⃣🍯HOT or COLD OATMEAL
This recipe contains some of my favorite oatmeal toppings including: almond butter, dark chocolate chips and fruit!


3️⃣🍳PROTEIN EGG MUFFINS
6 eggs, 1/4 cup pepper, 1/4 cup feta, 2 tbsp onion, 3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes. Combine ingredients then place in 6 greased muffin tins and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.


4️⃣ 🍘OATMEAL BALLS
1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 cup oats, 1/3 cup seeds.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix and form into balls. Place in covered container and put in fridge for up to 1 week!


5️⃣🍧SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE
Greek yogurt, milk, fruit, coconut, granola, nut butter and seeds is a delicious recipe high in protein 💪🏻

Time to prepare smoothie meal ! Which one you choose to mix
💪 If you are going to start the 21-day smoothie challenge on tomorow (link in bio 🔗 - ) then you can start prepping your smoothies today! This is so easy and will save you a lot of time 😁❤️

Here’s how:⁣

1. Go to a supermarket. Take out your phone and open the ebook. You will find an ingredients shopping list inside. Purchase the ingredients for the next few days. 🛒⁣ 

2. When you get home, wash and chop the ingredients. 🍃🔪🍓⁣

3. Place into ziplock bags or mason jars & label the days. 📅⁣

4. Store them in a freezer. ❄️⁣

5. In the morning just empty the content of that days bag into a blender and add the liquid required for the recipe. 🌀

6. Blend until smooth and divide evenly into two jars/bottles. Store them in a fridge and have them when it's time. 👌🏼
