What nobody tells you about launching a new product… is that sometimes everything goes wrong before it finally goes right 😅
HYDRATE was supposed to launch for Ramadan in February.
The formula was ready. The taste was exactly how we wanted it. Light, clean, not overly sweet. The product worked.
But then came the real challenges.
Packaging issues. Delays. Samples that didn’t meet our standards. Production setbacks. Tough decisions behind the scenes.
More than once, we asked ourselves:
Do we launch now… or do we wait and do it properly?
We chose to do it Rite. every single time 😉
Because if it carries our name, it has to feel right from the first sip to the very last detail.

هايدريت كان المفروض يطلق في رمضان في فبراير. الفورمولا كانت جاهزة. الطعم كان بالضبط كيف أردناه. خفيف، نظيف، ومو حلو زيادة. المنتج كان شغال.
بس بعدين جت التحديات الحقيقية. مشاكل في التغليف. تأخيرات. عينات ما وصلت لمعاييرنا. تأخيرات في الإنتاج. قرارات صعبة خلف الكواليس.
