A half handstand hold is a foundational inversion exercise involving a handstand with feet against a wall (parallel to the floor) or kicking up only halfway. It strengthens shoulders, arms, and the core while improving balance.
Some variations from me. :-)
Tips:
• Press firmly into the floor, straighten your arms, engage your core, and push your heels into the wall.
• Ensure your hips are directly over your shoulders.
• Keep your gaze between your hands.
• Maintain straight arms and push through the shoulders.

Progression: Start by holding for a few seconds and gradually increase your hold time to build strength.

Communication opens hearts, and silence gives them space to breathe. Wisdom often lives in quiet — even fish don’t talk. But sometimes, you just have to speak, to say your truth and open the doors others shut in your face. Balance is knowing when to listen, when to stay silent, and when to let your voice be heard.

Do you ever feel like you’re walking on thin ice? You have so much to say, but no one wants to listen. Sometimes you need space, but they keep asking, digging, walking inside your soul.
