Undoubtedly one of the biggest highlights of 2022 was seeing this amazing bunch trek for 7 days to submit Kilimanjaro 🏔

It was definitely the hardest yet most rewarding physical endeavour of their lives (so far)

Member Spotlight

is an Absolute Legend and an inspiration to those of us who watch her train. The discipline and hard work is obvious from her physique and her consistent incremental strength gains over the last 12 months. 💪 

Alex rarely misses a session during the week and if she does, you can bet she’ll be in at the weekend catching up on the session so she doesn’t fall short of her own high standards from trail running to stand up paddle boarding Alex represents a great example of somebody who consistently works hard to EARN the “living her best life” privilege. With a champion’s history from winning our Summer Jam 2021 competition there’s nothing she enters without giving it her all, while still being adventurous and loving life! 💥

Watch this space & we might even see her enter into her first ever lifting competition if we can just plant the seed discreetly enough into the back of her mind. 😉

Big shout out to on her multiple achievements in her first ever endeavours of long distance running. In October she completed her first marathon completing the London marathon in just over 4 hours after the event had bee postponed since 2020.

So much respect and admiration to her for the preparation required to run the hard yards in the Dubai summer heat, waking up before 5am to complete long runs of 15-35km in the morning heat.
We know that not many people would have the discipline to endure that so high five and hats off!

Not only did she complete the London marathon she then won a silver medal and her first ever podium finish in November in the Sketchers Performance 10km Run!

Absolutely buzzing for Amy and her new found passion for getting out there and just running! Let’s see what’s next for you Amy!
