After 4 incredible years, it’s time for me to say goodbye to my small holistic therapy business here in Dubai as I prepare to relocate back to the UK.

My heart is so full of gratitude for every single person who trusted me, supported me, and allowed me to be part of their wellness journey — it has truly meant the world to me…

While this chapter is coming to a close, I’ll be working until 18th June, so there’s still a little time left if you’d like to book in for a treatment before I go 🤍

Hey everyone 👋 ok so it’s been a little while since I last posted on here so thought I’d do a quick post about skincare products which I get asked about a lot! It’s great to see so many people now becoming aware of how toxic many skincare brands are (honestly reading some of the ingredients of some of the higher end beauty products is truly horrifying!) 🤦🏽‍♀️

Toxic skincare can harm you because it often contains chemicals like parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, or formaldehyde-releasing preservatives that may disrupt hormones, cause allergic reactions, or irritate skin. Long-term exposure could increase risks of chronic issues and serious health conditions due to the toxic load build up in to the bloodstream.

When you come to me for a facial or reflexology session you can be assured that all products I use are totally natural and toxin free and I am always happy to answer any questions you may have around skincare products.

I also recommend using an app such as Think dirty or Yuka to scan barcodes of any products you are looking at purchasing as they will give you a breakdown of the ingredients to see how clean or not so clean it is. If you don’t already do this then I would just say be prepared to be shocked 🤯
