OKRA (LADY'S FINGERS) TO LOWER BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL
Although I've never personally tried this, I've repeatedly heard people who swear that okra helps lower their blood sugar level.
METHODS:...
Eating about 8-10 okra a day is sufficient for benefiting from its blood sugar lowering effect
#1: Eat raw okra daily
#2: Blanch, steam, or quick stir-fry okra and eat.
#3: Lightly boil cut okra, drink the water and eat the okra.
#4: Soak cut raw okra overnight and drink the water the next day.
NOTE:
Okra cannot be juiced due to its very fibrous and mucilaginous (slimy) texture.
