Concentrated pigments that deliver intense color shine and impact on pre-bleached platinum to medium blonde hair and adds a tint of color to dark blonde and light brown hair. Results may vary depending on the hair color and condition.
HOW TO USE
For best results, Start with clean, unconditioned, dry hair. Full coverage work best with pre-bleached platinum to pale blonde hair. Leave product on for 45 minutes. Don't worry, POP hair color will not damage your hair, as it does not contain any harsh chemicals. Rinse hair thoroughly with water. Always do a patch & strand test to determine the color saturation you like.
