Here in Dubai, you can pick up Acretin (tretinoin) 0.025% or 0.05% from pharmacies.

Now, tret is AMAZING but she is strong 😂 and for some people it can mean redness, dryness, peeling and irritation. I even get this myself sometimes!

The thing that has made SUCH a difference for my skin? 👇🏼

🥪 THE TRET SANDWICH METHOD

1️⃣ MOISTURISER
Apply a thin layer to clean, completely dry skin.

2️⃣ TRETINOIN
A pea-sized amount for your WHOLE face — you really don’t need more!

3️⃣ MOISTURISER
Finish with another layer to help keep your skin hydrated and minimise irritation.

I currently use tret around 3–4 nights a week, but if you’re just starting, please build up SLOWLY.

MY EASY GUIDE 👇🏼

🤍 BEGINNER: Start 1 night a week and slowly build up as your skin tolerates it.

✨ IN YOUR 30s: Aim for around 3 nights a week

✨ IN YOUR 40s: Around 4 nights a week

✨ IN YOUR 50s+: You may build up to around 5 nights a week

BUT — this isn’t a strict rule! Your skin doesn’t know your birthday 😂 Your ideal frequency depends on your skin, your tret strength and how well you tolerate it. If your skin is irritated, pull it back.
