I used to spend days stressing about what to pack, only to end up taking far too much. Then I discovered this simple hack and I’ve used it every summer since.

Each child gets their own hanging organiser packed with complete outfits, pjs, swimwear, underwear and socks. It rolls up neatly into the suitcase and hangs straight on the back of the door when we arrive.

POV: your girls wellness staycation just got a serious upgrade 🤍

I thought we were booking a hotel turns out we booked a recovery centre disguised as luxury 🫶🏻

from complimentary fitness classes and wellness experiences to temperature-controlled beds, in-room fitness equipment and one of the most relaxing pool areas I’ve seen in Dubai SIRO ONE ZA'ABEEL completely exceeded my expectations.

We packed our stay with movement, recovery and plenty of downtime. We tried a Tabata-style HIIT class, stepped way outside our comfort zones with Sanctum (which was honestly unlike anything I’ve ever experienced) and finished with Syncho… safe to say I’ll be feeling that tomorrow 😅
