Attimes it's good to explore your intuition
I had malaria recently, and I couldn't access the herbs I usually use to treat it.

I decided to access my intuition, using a technique I learned long ago and I got a prompting that led to a new knowledge for me.

Boiled unripe plantain, eaten with steamed moringa leaves, 'ugu' leaves, onions and garlic.

I called it a CONCENTRATED DIET because it is the only meal to be eaten for 3 days.

On the second day, all symptoms had disappeared, and I had all my energy back.

Food is your first medicine.

If you look at this diet, you will see that for 3 days, I ate only FRUITS and VEGETABLES.

*FRUIT FASTING TIMETABLE*

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟭

5.30 – 8.00am
• Drink a glass of hot/warm water first thing in the morning
• Do light exercise like running on the spot, skipping or sit up. You can choose one or all.

7.00 – 10.00am
• Eat 2 - 3 apples
• Drink a glass of plain or Greek yoghurt

1.00 – 3.00pm
• Eat garden egg with any nut like groundnut or cashew nuts
• Drink a glass or two of warm or room temperature water

6.00 – 8.00pm
• Eat cabbage and cucumber salad. (Without salad cream)
• Drink a glass of warm or room temperature water

5.30 – 8.00am
• Drink a glass of hot/warm water first thing in the morning

7.00 – 10.00am
• Drink a glass of hot Green Tea or Black Tea with crushed ginger
• Drink lots of water

1.00 – 3.00pm
• Eat 2 or 3 avocados
• Drink a glass of beetroot juice or watermelon juice (If you are diabetic don't drink watermelon juice please)

6.00 – 8.00pm
• Eat cabbage and cucumber salad without salad cream and one or two boiled eggs (remove the york if it will cause you stomach upset)
• Drink a glass or two of warm or room temperature water

5.30 – 8.00am
• Drink a glass of hot/warm water first thing in the morning
• Do light exercise like running on the spot, skipping or sit up. You can choose one or all.

7.00 – 10.00am
• Drink a glass of hot Green Tea or Black Tea with ginger. Then squeeze lemon into mixture
• Eat 2 - 3 apples

1.00 – 3.00pm
• Eat cucumber and groundnut or cashew nuts
• Drink a glass of unsweetened or Greek yoghurt

6.00 – 8.00pm
• Eat chicken breast or any fish (Not fried fish) with cabbage and cucumber salad
• Drink a glass of warm or room temperature water

P. S
Please drink up to 3 litres of warm water daily during this fast. If you have Bio Disc, stick with energized water, for maximum benefit.
