Drastically changing your body isn’t easy. In fact it’s really, really difficult - both mentally & physically. The most important thing is CONSISTENCY. You need to be , doing & dieting consistently for as long as necessary to achieve your goal.
Here’s what I did consistently for months until I was satisfied:
- lifted weights 5-6 x per week
- did 20mins stairmaster 3-4 x per week on top of 10,000 steps daily
- ate perfectly (macro calculated) 6 days per week (meal plan by ), clean foods on the other day (I knew roughly how many cals I was eating) with 1 cheat meal of whatever I wanted.
- slept 6.5-7hrs per night, took naps when I could
- limited alcohol, I think I had about 10 beers in 8 months
Once you hit that body goal, the maintenance is easy!

There will always be road blocks along the way, do not be deterred. Stick to the plan & push through.
