Intermittent fasting does not necessarily change what you eat, it changes when you eat them..
it's understanding when your body is most active to tap into the fat cell and burn excesses to be used as energy.

WHY DETOX BEFORE A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM (pt2)
On my previous post, I talked about the importance of doing a detox before starting off on any weight loss plan, and how essential detoxification is to our general wellbeing.
To think of it, lots of dieters still have challenges doing a proper detox or some do not even know how to do it....Let's dive in on some useful tips to help you through.
HOW TO DETOX.
Now that you know how essential it is for you detox,the next question is: How do you do it? fortunately, it does not really involve an all round liquid or just skipping meals.
first, identify what you are ingesting that may be causing a build up of toxins, as you may be unintentionally exposing your body to harmful agents.
Try this first, eliminate sugar,grains, processed food and anything with preservatives for a minimum of 4days to a maximum of 10days and see how your body feels.
At the end of the detox,if you eat anything that is not whole, your body reacts quickly indicating that's not a healthy one for you.
Feed on whole food, non starchy veggies,quality amount of protein and fats. These types of food not only detoxify, they help reignite your body's metabolism, tackle various forms of inflammation,calm your body,crush cravings and leaving a feeling of satiety amongst other benefits.

There are all sorts of reasons to revamp your diet. But before jumping into a completely new way of eating,its important to do a little detoxing first.
When talking about detox, don't see as in form of drugs or just some all round liquid.
First what does detoxing really mean? "its how your body get rid of waste"
The key thing now is how to really enhance our body's natural capacity to trap,cleanse and eliminate
these stored waste.
Even if you are not thinking of changing your current eating habits, there is need for you to do a detox often. think of it this way, you rae exposed to various harmful subsatnce each day.
from food to drinks, environment etc, we are constantly exposed to different forms of toxins , this is to point out that there are different forms of detoxification as well. But am not going talk about those for now,am going to talk more on detox related to your diet in general.

i couldnt agree more to that fact. Toxic chemicals from food are absorbed into the body everyday and for those who junk a lot or indulge in alot of processed food,the risk is higher.
For a healthy person, the bodyβs detoxing system is like a well-oiled machine. But if you start experiencing digestive issues or you begin to feel drained constantly, something might really be wrong and you need to start paying serious attention.
if you are over weight, toxins are likely to be stored in fat tisssues and this can wreck havoc on your metabolsm and impair weight loss.
even if your are not overweight , toxicity has been linked to nearly every disease, so you might think of detox as a healthy exercise for you body always.

EMOTIONAL FATIGUE CAN INHIBIT WEIGHT LOSS.
Do you find it very difficult to lose weight despite all your efforts? Or other long-term health problems that your doctor is struggling to diagnose?
You may be carrying a heavy psychological or spiritual burden.
Our innermost distress often manifests in our bodies.
For example, you may regularly suffer from indigestion, back pain, migraines, and tension headaches when Nervous or depressed.
Recurrent bloating or indigestion may ruin your weight loss efforts and pose more risk to your general wellbeing.
Science has now established beyond reasonable doubt that there is a strong connection between our minds and bodies.
Symptoms that get worse under stress are often psychological in origin....
Take out time to watch the signs and if you sense any form of psychological play.
Discuss with your doctor or seek help appropriately.
Don't allow emotional fatigue to disrupt your weight loss journey.

Talking about doing exercises daily, you don't need to be a gym ju**ie to start losing weight or burn fat, over training might actually not give what you want and this is most likely to discourage you.
What you should do is, start from where you are with short burst simple home workout... I call it short burst because it requires just a short period, that spare 10-15 min of your free time..could be morning or evening or even mid day..
All you need do is pick one that's easy for you.
Static running.
Skipping.
Planks.
Brisk walking.
Belly crunches etc.
Make that short period count, repeat the same process daily and watch your body turn into a fat burning machineπͺπΏπͺπΏπͺπΏ
