While in Oman🇴🇲

Wafi mall 3km indoors tough to manoeuvre people so it was a bit hectic but we did what we had to do and performed well some few mistakes I need to rectify but heading the right direction

Race day
Skechers performance run
16km run still improving and learning and taking it one step at a time with more training and working on speed just a matter of time will be where I want to be...
Well organised race and athletes showed up in numbers and took 2nd overall and happy but not yet satisfied
No off days back to work

What a race it was khorfakkan 8km night run
Race full of elite and was among them all and we put on a show
Happy with results and improving wacha and every race and soon will be there
Back to work and waiting for the next event for another pb les go!!!!!

No human is limited after 5km with a 16.16min I embarked on night run just a day after with no rest and sleep and managed a 16.25min in another 5km
The climate was not favourable but managed to push and was impressed with the time coz I wasn't 100%
A very high pace run and happy for all athletes who took part in the run and hope to see u in the next
