Recipe:
Ingredients:
10 pieces of Fish your choice 3 fingers size (salt or Fresh water fish)
2 pieces thumb big of ginger cut into small strips.
2 cups of water
2 tsp of Rock salt or as you taste
1 tsp. Of white or black pepper
20 pieces of medium size kamias fruit cut into half.
Procedure:
-Cut Kamias fruit into half and put it inside a medium size casserole
-Clean fish and put it on top of Kamias fruit
-Cut ginger into strips and place scatter on top of the fish.
-Pour water make sure that the fish is submerge in water.
-season with salt and pepper to taste
-Cook in medium slow heat for 20 to. 30 minutes.
- season with Vetsin (optional)
- serve hot.
