Job Responsibilities | المهام الوظيفية:

• Oversee daily salon operations | الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في الصالون
• Lead and motivate staff | قيادة وتحفيز فريق العمل
• Ensure excellent customer service | ضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة
• Handle bookings and complaints | إدارة الحجوزات وحل المشاكل
• Promote services and products | الترويج للخدمات والمنتجات
• Track targets and performance | متابعة الأهداف والأداء الشهري
• Maintain hygiene and salon standards | الحفاظ
على النظافة ومعايير الصالون

Skills & Experience | المهارات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• At least 3 years of salon management experience | خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة الصالونات
• Leadership and communication skills | مهارات قيادية واتصال فعّالة
• Knowledge of beauty trends | معرفة بصيحات الجمال الحديثة
• Experience with inventory and staff scheduling | خبرة في تنظيم الجداول وإدارة المخزون
• Marketing and upselling experience is a plus | خبرة في التسويق ورفع المبيعات ميزة إضافية
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage | إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية – واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
