My favorite part of every pop-up isn't just sharing products it's the conversations. When someone asks, "What are the benefits of Guavaberry?" or tells me they've finally found something that works for their skin. It reminds me why I started this journey.

I started this brand because I know what it's like to search for answers and not having it.Today, helping others find natural, effective solutions is the most rewarding part of what I do.

Last week I stepped back into a space I hadn't been in about three years and it felt like coming home.

Hosting my first pop-up was more than setting up products on a table. It was a full-circle moment. A reminder that growth doesn't always happen loudly. Sometimes it happens in the quiet seasons where you're learning, rebuilding your confidence, refining your craft, and preparing for the right time to return.

One thing I learned from this experience is that people connect deeply with authenticity. They don't buy products they connect with the story, the intention, the energy, and the purpose behind what you create. Conversations with customers reminded me that my business is more than a wellness brand. It's a reflection of intentional living, healing, and creating experiences that make people feel seen and cared for.

This pop-up also reminded me that restarting can feel uncomfortable. There's always that small voice asking if people will still support you, if your vision still fits, or if the timing is right. But growth requires movement. Sometimes you have to open the door before you feel fully ready.

I walked away feeling grateful, inspired, and even more motivated for what's ahead. New ideas came from real conversations. New connections were made. And most importantly, it confirmed that this next chapter of change was necessary.

To anyone rebuilding, reimagining, restarting, or stepping back into something after time away: don't underestimate the power of beginning again. Your pause was not failure. Sometimes the pause is where the foundation is built.

Thanks to SEDC St. Maarten for being part of this amazing program. Through this experience, I was able to further develop Holistic Choices, a vision I have been working on for quite some time.

For years I carried the idea, the passion, and the purpose behind the brand, but this program helped me refine the structure behind it. It pushed me to think deeper about strategy, positioning, and how to build something that is not only meaningful, but sustainable.

Holistic Choices is more than a business to me it represents a commitment to creating natural wellness solutions that support individuals dealing with skin and respiratory challenges while encouraging a more holistic approach to health and well-being.

I am grateful for the knowledge, mentorship, and community this program has provided. What once lived mostly as a vision is now evolving into a brand with clearer direction, stronger systems, and a solid foundation for long-term growth.

I am incredibly grateful for the support of all my followers. Last year, I made a promise to myself to take breaks, slow down, and truly understand my purpose. I made the decision to decline collaborations, vendor events, and business opportunities that didn't align with my core values. This allowed me to gain clarity on the direction I wanted to take, resulting in a successful year-end.
