The Center employs imported equipment from India, like Massage Bed (Dhroni) made of medicinal wood, original herbal oils, herbs and its preparation. Ayurveda literally means the "science of long and healthy life." The holistic health system originated over 5,000 years ago in the Indian subcontinent. Ayurveda can thus be called the mother of medicine. The variety of individual preventive, nutritional and therapeutic methods exceed all other treatment systems. The World Health Organization (WHO - World Health Organization) has Ayurveda in 1976 officially recognized.
