So stellst du dein eigenes Deo her:

du brauchst 100 ml Wasser mit 2 Teelöffel Speisestärke
aufkochen ... bis eine leicht dickflüssige Konsistenz daraus wird
während des Abkühlens zwei Teelöffel Natron dazu mischen bis es sich aufgelöst . In die leeren Roll-Ons füllen (2 zu 50ml)
in jeden Roll-On ca. 10 Tropfen Purification hinzu geben und gut vermischen

Mein Geheimtipp, um keine Zeit zu verschwenden, wenn beim Einschlafen (oder Entspannen) plötzlich die vielen Gedanken kommen

Kennst du das? Du liegst abends im Bett und dein Körper ist schon ganz müde, aber dann kommen dir alle möglichen Gedanken.

Neue Ideen, die dein Gehirn wieder so richtig in Fahrt bringen...

Zweifel, ob du alles richtig gemacht hast oder noch etwas verbessern könntest...

Gedanken daran, dass du jetzt eigentlich entspannen oder schlafen wolltest...

Die Gedanken lenken deine Aufmerksamkeit und deine Muskeln machen sich bereit für die Aktion statt dass sie alle Anspannung loslassen.

In solchen Momenten schnappe ich mir meine duftenden Helfer und mache mir Tausende Jahre Evolution zunutze.

Über das Riechen von bestimmten Düften gehst du direkt am Denken vorbei und beruhigst dein limbisches System und gleichzeitig dein Nervensystem, die dich sonst mitten in der Entspannung wieder hellwach machen.

Ich trage mir in unruhigen Momenten eine spezielle ätherische Ölmischung aus Weinraute, Baldrian und Lavendel auf und atme aus meinen duftenden Handflächen entspannt ein und aus.

Und innerhalb von Minuten reagiert mein Körper auf dieses einfache und effektive Signal, sich vollkommen zu entspannen.
