Aufgrund der neuen EU-Verpackungsverordnung (PPWR), die seit dem 12. August 2026 gilt, kommen auf Unternehmen neue Anforderungen rund um Verpackungen und deren Recycling bzw. Entsorgung zu.

Da uns eine korrekte und verantwortungsvolle Umsetzung sehr wichtig ist, pausieren wir den Versand in EU-Länder außerhalb Österreichs vorübergehend, während wir unsere Verpackungen und alle notwendigen Anforderungen prüfen.

🇪🇺 EU außerhalb Österreichs: vorübergehend pausiert
🌍 Außerhalb der EU: Versand weiterhin möglich

Wir wissen, dass diese Nachricht für unsere J’DORE Community in Europa enttäuschend ist. 🥺 Diese Entscheidung fällt uns nicht leicht – aber wir möchten sicherstellen, dass wir alles richtig und vollständig umsetzen.

Es ist kein Abschied, sondern nur eine kleine Pause. 🤍
Wir hoffen, schon bald wieder EU-weit für euch da sein zu können.

🇬🇧 A little update from J’DORE and more 🤍

Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), which came into effect on August 12, 2026, businesses now face additional requirements regarding packaging and its recycling and disposal.

As we want to make sure everything is handled correctly and responsibly, we are temporarily pausing shipping to EU countries outside Austria while we review our packaging and all necessary requirements.

🇦🇹 Austria: Shipping as usual
🇪🇺 EU outside Austria: Temporarily paused
🌍 Outside the EU: Shipping continues as usual

We know this may be disappointing for our J’DORE community across Europe. 🥺 This decision wasn’t an easy one, but we want to make sure we do everything properly and responsibly.

This is not goodbye — just a little pause. 🤍
We hope to be shipping across the EU again very soon.
