Grab a cuppa ☕️ I want to share the 4 pillars of ZYIA, and why I VIBE with this company so much - UPLIFT, COMMUNITY, ACTIVITY and LIGHT!

In my time with ZYIA I have leant into all 4 pillars in different ways at different times. My 2 BIGGEST pillars, the two that really resonate with me however are UPLIFT and COMMUNITY!!

I’ve always been a people person. I’m the one that’ll walk past you in the street, smile and say hello, or compliment a complete stranger on their outfit. Inadvertently I guess that can be seen as bringing LIGHT into someone’s life.

I love being inspired by others while in turn inspiring or UPLIFTING others to try new things, to believe in themselves and see them grow and change as a person. To me that’s so satisfying.

The BIG thing for me, as many women would agree is COMMUNITY, we all have different stories, but all lose our identities and ourselves to everyday life. Our lives get soo busy that sometimes our ‘community’ is what suffers. We are lost, we feel alone. As a single mum of 2 who spent 12 years of live revolving around the kids sports and having no time for herself, COMMUNITY was something I felt I lost. I know I am NEVER alone, there is always someone there if / when needed. Not all of us have met, BUT it’s like we known each other for years.

We’re a community of women that celebrate other people’s success, other people’s achievements. We celebrate EVERY person… regardless of rank, years in the company, or where they’re from. NONE of that matters!!

And of course I have to touch on ACTIVITY. Something I personally have seen a swing in during covid, but more over the last 15 months. Yes, activity is good for the body BUT it is also soo good for the soul and our mental health. It is a great release for so many things, I’d be lost without it, even going for a walk is a feel good drug for me.

Is there a little voice in your head that says… ‘I want more from life?’ ‘I wish I had a secondary income or a job / career that fulfilled me?’ I want to get outside my comfort zone?’ ‘I want to meet new people, make new friends?’ Maybe it’s to make a few extra dollars per month.
