Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total service fee.
* No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.

Late Arrivals:
* Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to perform the full service, and the full service fee will still apply.

Gift Cards and Vouchers:
* Gift cards and vouchers are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy.
Additional Information:

* I understand that emergencies arise, and are happy to discuss special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
* I will do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings, but availability is limited, especially during peak holiday times.
