A LARGE CORONAL HOLE IS NOW FACING EARTH AGAIN ☀️ SOLAR ACTIVITY CONTINUES INTENSIFYING AS MANY SENSITIVES REPORT STRONGER ENERGY SHIFTS ⚡️ MAY 12, 2026

Dear friends, solar activity continues drawing attention again today after a large coronal hole became visible facing Earth following recent heightened solar activity, including an M5.7 solar flare that reportedly triggered temporary radio blackout conditions and launched additional solar material into space.

Coronal holes are regions in the Sun’s outer atmosphere where the magnetic field opens outward more freely, allowing faster-moving solar wind streams to escape into space. When these streams become Earth-facing, they can sometimes contribute to increased geomagnetic activity, stronger aurora conditions, satellite monitoring, radio interference, and shifts within Earth’s electromagnetic environment over the following days.

At the same time, many sensitives continue reporting stronger nervous system activity, vivid dreams, emotional waves, pressure sensations, ringing ears, unusual fatigue, mental overstimulation, restless sleep, heightened intuition, or the feeling that the body and energy field are processing more intensely again.

As always, it is important to approach these topics with grounded observation and common sense rather than fear or exaggerated conclusions. Solar activity is a natural part of the Sun’s cycles, and while many people feel correlations between heightened solar periods and stronger energetic or emotional sensitivity, these experiences remain highly individual.

What is interesting to many observers right now is how active the Sun has remained over recent months, with multiple eruptions, solar flares, coronal holes, and geomagnetic shifts continuing to appear in relatively close succession. Many people feel as though the collective atmosphere itself has become more electrically charged, emotionally amplified, mentally overstimulated, and energetically intense during these periods.

Because this is also occurring while the Moon moves through Aries and forms supportive aspects with Uranus in Gemini, the field may feel especially active tonight for many people. Sudden realizations, stronger intuition, unusual dreams, emotional intensity, mental restlessness, bursts of energy followed by exhaustion, or difficulty slowing the nervous system may feel amplified for some.

So I wanted to ask tonight: What are you noticing where you are?

Have you been feeling stronger dreams, pressure, ringing ears, unusual fatigue, heightened intuition, emotional waves, strange skies, electronics acting differently, sleep disruption, or nervous system overstimulation lately?.

As always, listen to your body with care and common sense. Hydrate well, slow down where possible, reduce overstimulation, ground into the body, and create more rest if your nervous system feels overloaded. Sometimes these periods remind us how important steadiness, regulation, emotional support, and energetic balance truly are. Some days, walking the dog feels like one more thing on a never-ending list.

It is cold, you are tired, your shoes are nowhere to be found, and your dog somehow picks the worst possible weather to be the most excited. But to them, that walk is everything.

It is their adventure. Their fresh air. Their chance to sniff the world, stretch their legs, see the neighborhood, and spend time with their favorite person. While we may see it as a chore, they see it as the best part of the day.

Dogs wait for us. They watch the door, listen for our footsteps, and hope for that one little moment when the leash comes out. That excitement is a reminder of how much joy the simple things bring them.

A walk is not just exercise. It is love, routine, bonding, mental stimulation, and a promise that they matter.

So even when you are tired, remember - that walk might mean the world to them. 🐾

I know that everyone has a story and I’m no different.
I’m sure there are worse tales of tragedy and triumph, but that doesn’t diminish my struggles or take away from my accomplishments.
Maybe people won’t think that my journey isn’t all that remarkable, but they didn’t walk beside me during those hard times and fight the battles that tried to take me down.
I know the price I paid to get where I am and the sacrifices I made along the way..
And that’s what matters most to me:
Remembering where I started and how far I’ve come.
The fires that tried to burn down my life don’t overwhelm me anymore because I learned to use that pain and strife to fuel my passions and spark my drive.
I do this for me and the people I love.
I find a way every day to do all the things for everyone else and still have a little left over for me to enjoy a few moments of contemplative introspection.
There’s no fanfare or trophy for what I do and there doesn’t have to be.
I choose this path and this life…
And I’ll keep choosing it every day in every way.
The way I overcome the challenges is a testament to my unending courage and battle tested bravery.
I’m proud of who I’ve worked hard to become and all the things I’ve fought to achieve.
I could’ve given up so many times and stayed down, but that’s not who I am or will ever be.
I’m a warrior with a heart of gold and a soul full of depth..nothing in this life is too much for me and there’s no obstacle I can’t overcome.
So, one day when I’m nothing more than a beautiful memory of strength and resiliency, I want them to speak of me in inspired tones with heroic words of valor and grit.
That I never gave up or gave in and I paid every price that I had to in order to keep pushing forward.
That I overcame everything and kept going, fighting and evolving.
I want my story to be one of a kind…
One where I loved hard when there was love to be had, fought bravely when I had to and never gave up on anyone or anything.
That in the end, for my people, my life and my dreams, I gave it all I had…
