We know it's tempting to slather on moisturiser the second you jump out of the shower - but hold that thought for 24 hours.

Your DHA (the ingredient that gives you that gorgeous colour) is still developing during this time. Wash or moisturise too early and you'll interrupt the process - leaving you with a patchier, lighter result than you paid for.

So, trust the process - your glow will thank you tomorrow 💫

It's a small step that makes a huge difference, here's why 👇🏽

🙅🏽‍♀️ Barrier on the skin - Deodorant (especially antiperspirant) sits on the surface and stops the tan absorbing evenly, leading to patchy results
🟢 Green or grey underarms - The DHA in spray tan reacts with aluminium in deodorant, causing discolouration. Not cute!
💦 Streaking - Leftover deodorant makes the spray bead or slide, leaving uneven colour

Get your nails done beforehand - if you get them done after a fresh tan, the colour around your fingers can be affected since your hands get sprayed too.
