Acne journeys are always a minimum of 6-12 months.

Non inflamed (comedonal) acne and inflamed (pustule and papule) acne combination clearing results.

Acne takes 60-90 days to build in the follicle starting as a micro comedone which we cannot see or feel straight away. Acne clearing journeys take 6-12 months.

This form of acne takes time to treat as we have both non inflamed and inflamed lesions. Non inflamed acne often becomes inflamed to a pustule or papule before it clears as this is part of the acne cycle.

Acne progress we are still working on clearing and treating scarring but look at the progress we have made so far!

No acne journey is the same as the next. It is important to be patient and kind to yourself in your acne clearing journey. We worked internally and externally to achieve this result.

This acne journey has been up and down with a few changes along the way. One of the biggest pivots we experienced was switching this client to skincare. We are working internally and externally with the help of supplements through which we stock in clinic.

This client has had a series of green power peels, exo mandelic, shikimic and double peels.

We still are managing hormones and small flare ups but we have reduced the acne and scarring by about 80%

Hormonal Acne progress

This beautiful client has been dedicated to a skin plan and has been coming in for regular treatments while also seeking help with a naturopath to help kill off internal bacteria and balance hormones.

A full medical grade homecare has been used as well as chemical peel treatments and now onto skin needling.
