When a participant living with Motor Neuron Disease (MND) faced rapidly progressing needs, from loss of mobility to PEG feeding and respiratory support, VIVA Mutual delivered a service model designed to stay one step ahead.

Through nurse-led clinical governance, proactive planning and a workforce trained in high intensity supports, we scaled seamlessly from 1:1 to 2:1 without ever disrupting continuity or dignity.

When CI, aged 65, was navigating early onset dementia, Alzheimer's and post-stroke complications, living alone was no longer safe or sustainable. But her story didn't stop there.
