- just because a food is categorised as “healthy”, it doesn’t mean give us the permission to eat as much as we want
- it is important to realise that one slice of healthy “raw” cake might have the same amount of calories as a slice of chocolate cake 🍰 🍫
- because something is healthy that doesn’t mean that you can help yourself to several servings and fool yourself into thinking it will not affect your weight loss progress
- all in all, even if something is healthy, the calories still count
- treat yourself in moderation ⚖️

- So U shud fix ur weight measurement at a fixed time everyday
- Because foods & beverages have weight, they affect our weighting result
- for better accuracy, use tape ruler to measure ur body😳
- And see how well ur clothes are fitting!😍
- Our body losing F@TS and gaining Muscle at the same time🙌🏻
- So the weight probably may remain the same in a short period of time!😲

- We need to drink 2.5 - 3 Litres of water daily!💦
