🌺 THE MAN BEHIND HAWAIIAN FUSION — FEELING BETTER THAN EVER 🌺

Today my new “SMALL” embroidered Hawaiian Fusion work tops arrived… and I can safely say I don’t think I’ve EVER bought a size small in my life 😂

Earlier this year, I started seeing myself back in photos and videos from my content and realised just how much weight I’d gained.

After my incredible four months travelling overseas last year — and let’s be real, one of the BEST parts was eating my way through all the amazing food in every country 😂 — I’d crept up close to the heaviest I’d ever been.

I was starting to feel it physically too. My body felt heavier, my work was becoming harder, and most importantly, I just wasn’t feeling comfortable in myself.

Fast forward to today…

20kg gone. ❤️

But strangely, the number on the scales isn’t what I’m most proud of.

For someone who has spent so much of his life feeling uncomfortable in his own skin, being able to look in the mirror today and genuinely feel comfortable, happy and at home in my own body is something pretty special.

And that feeling flows into everything else.

How I move.
How I work.
My confidence.
My energy.
How I show up for every person who walks through the doors of Hawaiian Fusion. 🌺

I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in my own skin — and THAT is the greatest reward of all.

Happy. Comfortable. Grateful. Blessed. 🌺🙏

Dennis arrives from Queensland this Thursday, ready for a FULLY BOOKED three days of massage here at the studio! 🙌🌴

Across Friday, Saturday & Sunday, we’ll be flowing through a huge weekend of:

For me, this weekend represents so much more than a full appointment book.

It’s the first of what I hope will be many visiting practitioner weekends at Hawaiian Fusion — bringing together beautiful practitioners, different styles, shared knowledge, connection and community under one roof.

Dennis and I trained together in Ka Huna, have worked alongside each other before, and now we get to bring that connection and flow into my own studio here in Adelaide.

This is exactly the kind of space I dreamed Hawaiian Fusion could become — not just my massage studio, but a growing Hawaiian Fusion family where practitioners can come together, collaborate, share their gifts and create something special for our clients. 🌺

And to have our very first Dennis weekend completely BOOKED OUT makes it even more special. 🥰

These pants are there for you to see, feel and try on, giving you a first look at what’s coming as I continue developing and perfecting the Aloha Flow Wear range.

✨ THE BIG BATHROOM REVEAL ✨

If you visited Hawaiian Fusion in the early days, you probably remember this space…

It wasn’t a bathroom—it felt more like an old workshop toilet. Cold, plain, uninspiring, and definitely not the experience I wanted my clients to have after their treatments.

From the very beginning, I had a vision to completely transform it into something that felt warm, calming and in harmony with the rest of the studio.

Today, that vision has become reality.

Now, instead of feeling like you’ve stepped into a workshop, it feels like a little Balinese-inspired retreat where you can continue to relax, refresh and ground yourself after your massage and heated spa treatments.

This renovation has been months in the making, and seeing the transformation from where it started to where it is now makes all the hard work worthwhile.

Sometimes all it takes is a vision… and the willingness to bring it to life.

Thank you to everyone who has followed this renovation journey. I can’t wait for you all to experience the new bathroom with complimentary showers available after your heated spa treatments here at Hawaiian Fusion. 🌺🙏

The new bathroom at Hawaiian Fusion is almost complete, and I couldn’t resist giving you a small glimpse of what’s been happening behind the scenes.

I’ve always believed it’s the little details that make an experience memorable. So, from now on, after your treatment, you’re welcome to freshen up and enjoy a complimentary spritz from a selection of beautiful male and female fragrances before heading back out into your day.

Because feeling relaxed is wonderful… but leaving feeling refreshed and smelling amazing is even better. 🌿✨

The finishing touches are still being added, and I can’t wait to share the completed transformation with you soon.
