This 3-day morning intensive is designed to kick-start your yoga year and get you into the rhythm & routine.
For general level students or beginners who have completed the 8-week introductory course, these longer sessions will include a progressive asana (physical) practice as well as an introduction to and guided meditation.
Completing the 3 consecutive days will give you an opportunity to experience more significant changes and feel the effect of a consistent daily practice. It’s a great way to start off your year.
