My reason for not being at work please be patient I’m trying to come back asap

I please ask all clients to be patient at the moment I’m trying to do my best to return to service. As most of you know my partner is waiting for a heart transplant but the new clients wouldn’t know I’m dealing with getting temporary custody of my grandson. My partner is not well enough to look after my grandson full time so I’m trying to arrange family day care. Please be conciderate while I work through this process it all new to me.
