In my line of work, there sometimes comes a point where I have to tell a woman something I absolutely hate saying…
“I don’t think your hair can hold extensions anymore.”
Her natural hair has become too fine, too fragile, or there simply isn’t enough of it left to safely support extensions.
And I’ve always hated that moment.

We had the pleasure of working with SHERRI KNOBEL // BIXIE BLONDES & BALAYAGE SYDNEY and KAINE VAKAI HAIR on the latest Redken ANZ Power Network ALK launch.
It was a day filled with creativity, inspiration and learning from some of the best in the industry. Collaborating alongside such a talented team of hairdressers made the experience even more special.
To top it all off, we celebrated with an incredible event surrounded by passionate, like-minded artists who continue to inspire our industry every day. ❤️

Hi I’m Eve 👋I’ve been a hairdresser for almost five years now, and I joined the industry because I’ve always loved making people feel beautiful and confident. I’m super bubbly and friendly, so being in a space where I get to chat, create, and hype people up all day felt like the perfect fit for me.
I chose Lemani because the energy instantly felt right — warm, welcoming, and full of passionate stylists who genuinely love what they do. I wanted to be part of a team that celebrates creativity, big transformations, and supportive growth, and Lemani ticked every box.
I’d have to say ‘Blondes have my whole heart’. I love blonding, brightening, and creating those creamy, dimensional tones that make people glow. And of course, I’m obsessed with big transformations — blondes, extensions, colour shifts — anything that lets me create a “wow” moment.
Outside of the salon, I’m a total gym lover, it’s my happy place. I even compete in Hyrox sometimes, which surprises people because I’m all sparkles and smiles at work, but secretly I’m a little competitive!
