Hi angels, as of 2024 I will only be accepting bridal parties for makeup applications! This is my 11th year doing makeup, and I feel so lucky to have made the friendships and connections I have with clients & fellow MUA’s. But it’s time to put down the brushes as much as I can, and focus on teaching 🫶🏼 I look forward to doing makeup for allll the brides who are already booked in for 2024 and beyond, and the brides who are yet to book too! LET’S TALK BRIDESMAID MAKEUP 💐 Bridal makeup has got to be my favourite- and this extends to everyone in the bridal party! Bridesmaids VS Bride makeup should differ at least slightly, but doesn’t need to be minimalistic if you don’t want it to. Some brides ask for less of a dramatic look- and have their bridesmaids have more- and some vice versa. No matter what you decide, my go-to advice is either the bride or bridesmaids have matte/shimmer (for contrast)- but I actually also think similar tones are important too. I think (closer up) photos are that bit more cohesive when the shades of shadows/blushes are similar on the whole bridal party! Whatever you do, whichever you choose- it’s your day, and there’s no rules- these are just my personal opinions and choices after seeing many bridal parties over the years. 🤍 PS this is babe town maid of honour vibes right here
